A new group of houseguests will move in to the Big Brother 8 house. Big Brother enters a new era after an All-Stars season was aired last summer. Some of the houseguests will be sharing the house with their worst enemies. America's Player will let America control a houseguest, with a question being asked online or on the cell phone every week. Jessica, Dick and Dustin elected Kail, rather than Eric to be the first Head of Household of this new season.

The last episode left us viewers off with the three houseguests battling it out in an endurance contest. While holding onto their key, Dick, Daniele, and Zach had to stand on carrots as a rabbit forced them to hop over it each time it went around. Today's episode picks up on that. Prerecorded bits from parts one and two are aired. There is a Jury House segment. The final part of the HOH competition is live and the final eviction is live.
